I was a legit mentalcel, I actually have autism (and have been to therapists for diagnosis) as opposed to many people that just claim to be a bit spergy or awkward. There wasn't any single one thing I did, I've just spent a very long time gradually improving or working on various areas. I got my own place (was living with parents), passed my driving test (took me forever to learn, from age 17 to about age 24 and multiple failures). Started working out to build muscle and lose fat. Went on a holiday, got some good pictures for trying online dating / Tinder. Tinder was rough going when I first tried, getting no matches. But I improved my profile and pictures, and it made a big difference.

I feel bad for the blackops2cel-tier guys here, because there is no cure for being really subhuman looking. But there are plenty of guys that are just average, and whilst its tougher than ever being an average guy, its not utterly hopeless. They think sticking up 3 shit selfies on Tinder and then having no matches means its over.

It would be interesting to know how many other ex-wizards there are, im sure most just give up. Im very lucky in that im not subhuman looking, not balding etc.

give in detail descriptions of your Tinder pics and how incels can go about getting pics that are similar.

The "hope" part was probably the most positive experience i had, at least before getting pilled. I never touched or kissed a girl.
