Yeah, I know that even the most socially obtuse neckbeards have largely stopped wearing them as the entire internet has been making fun of them for 5+ years now, but you still see them from time to time (there's this one literal fedora-libertarian close to where I live who has a 600 pound wife). While typically associated with militant atheism in particular, they are/were common attire among pretty much all types of low status men under 35 (libertarians, bronies, soybeards, you name it).

I considered buying a fedora few years ago but I thought I didn't need it. I'm thankful for that decision now

I've never purchased a fedora, I don't see the reason of owning one.

Never have, never will.

no, im already enough of a social laughingstock with my autism i dont need to pile anything else on top of that.

How about one of these to complete the look?

Jfl I'd rather wearing a rope necklace

I actually thought the fedora meme came from the fedora OS

Are we talking actual fedorasor trilbees?

if former then yes, i own one and use it as my travel hat. I sometimes get told that it suits me well

They're the same thing. Neckbeards are notoriously the only people who try to argue otherwise.

I've had a trilby when I was really young. I think the meme didn't even exist back then and I only wore it for a couple of weeks anyway before I got bored of it.

Wearing a fedora males me feel high IQ

I used to wear a panama hat because I thought it looked cool.
When you are ugly nothing looks cool.

I don't like wearing hats

I'm not sure how fedoras got associated with woman haters, 99% of fedora wearers were uber leftists the type that populated and virtue signaled their progressive views on somethingawful and then reddit. Woman haters and racist incels typically wore WWII gear instead.
I'm asking the same tbh. I've always associated fedoras with cucktears-types.

Libertarians.

Would never wear a fedora lol but i do wear a cap 24/7 to hide my hairline even in my house so i dont end up killing myself when i walk by a mirror :feelscry::feelscry::feelscry:

I bought a fedora like 5 years ago, but I never wore it - just tried it on in the shop. It's just collecting dust in my closet.

We did an activity to get to know each other in my aspie support group. The person who spoke was the one wearing a fedora that was passed around. When I wore it, I said that I am an atheist, hoping someone else knew about the meme. Instead everyone reacted like they didn't even know what atheism was. I live in a very Catholic country. It's a cringy memory to look back at.

If it was more culturally appropriate, I would actually wear one. I think they look stylish but in this new American culture, you would get torn to shreds socially for wearing one.

Same, I liked my Panama hat a lot, it obscured my face which was helpful but I’m also fairly short and it accentuated that so I stopped wearing it.

Just realized my Panama hat looked a lot like an actual fedora and that I’m lamer than I though

I own one but I bought it as a joke and never wore it outside.

I own a Fedora but only for the memes.

>no OP is a faggot for asking a stupid question. who wears fedoras anymore?

I had a trilby like 10-15 years ago and wore it a few times lol. I also bought a flat cap in that period and wore it a couple of times. Gotta just throw shit at the wall...

Literally who the hell wears a fedora?

Back in my school shooter days when I had a bowlcut and was an atheist, I had and wore a fedora. Yes I was one of those skinny 5'4" virgins too.

I'd wear one if it was the 1920's, but you need starched shirt collars and an appropriate three piece suit and to match.

Just lol at hipsters who combined their fedoras with street clothes and soy beards.

The only men who wear fedoras are either black musicians or obese feminist cucks who post on IT.

fakecel if u don't wear a fedora

Hats are for baldcels and jock Chads

You still bought it though i.e. you went up to the cash register with it and were seen with it even of only by one person.

If you're truly incel you can't buy such a thing "as a joke." This one short, fat, glasses-wearing 30 year old virgin I used to work with that was also some male-feminist faggot (who admitted he used to wear a fedora too) talked about "ironically" buying a body pillow to take pics with to post on plebbit. Yeah, doesn't exactly work like that. My point is that people are just gonna completely miss the "irony" if you look like the kind of person that would seriously wear one anyways

I've never worn it in public, and while I'm not attractive I certainly don't look anything like a stereotypical neckbeard.
