Fun fact: where I am from (Germany) you're an adult at 18, but you can legally buy beer and wine at the supermarket at 16, liquor at 18.
Also in most of Europe, you could legally date a 16 year old (as an adult) except if the older person is in a position of authority. But I personally only want 18+ (I don't want her to look too young and want to connect on a mental level, and also I'm in my mid-20s).
