Nah that's overkill. Due to my job i know a shit ton of people irl, and i can't think of a single guy that i've never seen with a gf. Even guys who i mog, i still see them with gfs. There's even one guy who looks like @RopeMan that has a 6/10 wife and a baby (don't ask me how, i have no explaination), which is the cherry on top of the cake.

You'll find more incels in NEETdom, and these men you don't come across often. You should consider that a lot less men are in the labor force than in the past.

For someone to be your client, they need money I'd imagine. So they're either business owners/retirees/wagies of some sort. Won't find too many incels in that category.
It depends on how you define incel. If you mean a guy who can't get any woman (ie 600 lbs) then 10%. If you mean slim average to below average guys who have to date fat women, then anywhere from 60% and up

Entirely depends on a lot of factors, but, I think if I had to make a rough estimate, maybe about 10-20 million incels, probably less who identify or are even aware of the terminology.
