No way in my country are 30% of unpaid virgin men between 18-30 years old. I´m one of the unlucky ones for sure. But no way. Although, the closest thing I saw to that 30% was back in HS with 30% of the men of classroom without girlfriend but nowadays many of them have them(I saw pictures) and all of them haven´t reached the provider stage.
