Chubbyfat checking in. Used to be obese/fatass but have been gotten down from 270 to 185 in the past few years. I'm almost at a healthy weight.

Neither losing weight nor gymcelling will fix my fucked up eye area though.
 
Between skinny and ottermode.
 
I've dropped gymcelling for years now but used to be Ottermode. I specifically aimed for Brad Pitt's looks on "Fight Club" and got pretty similar results since I was copying his workout program from that movie and have good body genetics (especially chest).

Needless to say, completely futile with my 3-3.5/10 face.
 
What do you guys do to gain body fat? I don't want to gymcel I just want to have weight, I am too skinny.
Try GOMAD diet man
Add some olive oil/coconut oil into every meal
Eat faster it will allow you to get more cals in before your brain realises you are full
 
The way I describe myself is athletic but flabby because of loose skin and loads of fat accumulated on my torso. Looking at me you wouldnt think I lift but I'm able to lift my own body weight easily and it makes people around me insecure.

Squats and oats also low sugar vanilla protein ice cream malt shakes with whole fat milk, oats, and spinach.

I gave up on it. Gonna replace it with riding my bike and doing other physical stuff.

You can't even get the "athletic" look without gear lol (yes, Brad Pitt juiced). All of the "fit" looks in that picture are unnatural, and half of them require you to take in substances that will fuck up your health along the lines.

But feminists will keep telling us about the "unrealistic" body standards women are forced to conform to by this evil patriarchal society of ours. If you are Stacy all you have to do to achieve such "unrealistic" body standards is not eat like a pig, where as even a Chad would need to spend hours on the gym and inject himself with shit to meet any of the muscular levels in those photos. Builtfat and Ottermode is the best any chad could hope for to achieve with normal levels of physical activity. Anything else requires hard and dedicated training, and a lot of Chads don't even bother, because they don't really need to.

I'm Chubbyfat or Fatass Gymcel, loss 12 lbs so far after I start doing it a few weeks ago.

Chubbyfat gymcel. But I only work out from home. I'm pretty fucking strong. Just cant do cardio.

Used to be skinny and built pretty well, gave up on working out for a couple years though

to be fair, lots of roasties have absolute garbage tits which are small and saggy. to get beautiful tits they have to surgerymaxx.
still, they can get around it pretty easily because they can just use padded push-up bras to make their shitty tits appear a lot bigger and more shapely than they actually are.

i don't gymcel but it looks like a slightly smaller version of "athletic"

if i ever started gymcelling my goal would be the "built" one.
