Yeah, even when I treat him badly he is the only one that sticks around and reach out. He also doesn't mind when I ghost him from time to time. We are completely honest with each other too.
fuck i wish i had that. i did have a friend like that for the past few years but recently he stumbled into a group of 5-6 online people who had a foid in their friendgroup and he has totally abandoned me for them. we used to watch movies and play games every weekend.

i had a friend like that for a few years. Considered him my best friend actually. Lowkey ruined my mental health. Why? because it was all basically an act. Dude was a sociopath. If you have seen the movie Creep (2014), he was EXACTLY 100.00% like that until like the 48 minute mark, bc the only thing separating him from the Creep is the murders.

I think the friend I knew online was like this, except replace sociopath with narcissist. He was always bragging or trying to 1-up me, and he would never outright brag, but would make sure to point it out and make sure i acknowledged it.

I had a few 'friends' throughout my life but they're all backstabbing types who are married now. There was a childhood friend I liked to game with but his ego and dunning kruger is irritating af especially after he got some money and a fat cunt of a wife. I don't want to voice chat and play with him ever again since he does that with her now. And it's not like he was a pleasant company to begin with.
I want to enjoy my hobbies not suffer through them.

I think it's only possible to have a friend that is also forever incel since others are insufferable because of their egos and climbing the social hierarchy. I was a clown to most of them and they never truly respected me anyway. I actually feel better since I cut them from my life.
