Obviously Chad and foids can get them the same day, but what about regular guys who can get girls? What's the going wait for them?

Probably over the course of months or years of being friends with the foid (you already have to have some level of looks for the foid to make her consider to be your friend) and having some mutual connections as well. Sometimes the foid may introduce her female friends to the social circle and the normie guys can form relationships out of it (foids in these situations don't want to get left out, they always want to mimic each other, and have whatever their friends are having. So they're forced in this situation to be with normie looking guys and also because of the mutual aspect of it as well). Socialcirclemaxxing works well for normies, average look, and status (which they have to rely on more than Chads since they're not as good looking as Chads) are important to them. Chads can get away with being a bit autistic (everything is effortless to them), but the normie has to be really NT to compensate hard for his looks.
