How long did your frame has grown? (shoulder width)

im 18 and my Frame is shit, my head Looks proportionally to big for my shoulders

my shoulders are about 17-18 inches in length i think. hoping to break the 20 inch barrier through gymcelling. i heard it grows into your early 20s though.

My bideltoid width is 15 inches. I don't think anyone here or on any other forum have it worse than me.

Edit: My frame stopped growing at 14 btw.

Stopped growing at 15. We have all heard that you can grow into your 20s but it never happened to me. Lucky I am not a framecel....just an averageheightcel. Shoulder width is nearing 23 inches after some gymceling. I am as wide or wider than most big guys. Narrowcels is a pure death sentence.

My dad apparently got huge frame gains at 19. I don't think I'm gonna gettem tho.

19.5" shoulder width, but I don't think it's changed since I was about 16 or so.
