How long do you think they could LDAR off that

a lifetime, u give urself a living wage = 2K per month

Just put it in an index fund, might not even need to live very minimalistic.

I would not be comfortable LDARing with just $1M.

You could invest it and live off the dividends. In fact, I’m going to be doing that soon

i have three dollars in my bank account

i kind of prefer a more hedonistic lifestyle personally so yeah :feelsohh:
Live in your parents house, no taxes (TFSA), and 50k a year of free money if you invest a million. Seems good to me even if I had only saved that much.

Screw you faggot my parents don’t even have a house just apartments and they refuse to buy or rent me one so far even though they have the money :feelsping::feelsping::feelsping::feelsping::feelsping::feelsping::feelsping:

I don’t live in my own house jfl. I would be too lonely and rope.

Find stable high dividend stocks, and buy the stock. In canada, you will have to pay 0 taxes if you buy it under tfsa. If you’re in Canada, I can explain to you how to sort that and your rrsp.

Buy a cheap apartment for yourself, and invest the rest. Index funds are a good investment that require minimal effort where as stock picking likely loses to index in the long run, and you need to actually look into the stocks you buy and find out why the specific stocks you buy are better alternative. Investing in real estate isn't a bad idea either, if you know what you are doing. Also depends heavily where you live.

But the inflation can and probably will fuck up a lot of people over. And nobody knows about the future of the stock market, likely there will be a stagflation brought to us by the rich elite.

If inflation wasn't this bad, I honestly could live the rest of my life with that money. I don't have an extravagant lifestyle either

I had previously thought of setting up investment accounts prior to my situation from 2020.

You get to live in a house while I rot in an apartment

Buy a place in east europe, buy some studios near an university and rent it to students. If a stacy cannot pay the rent, we may have an arrangement...

Where do you live?
Jew york city and I share an apartment with my roastie post wall mom who could easily buy me 3 1 bedroom apartments in NYC :feelsping::feelsping::feelsping::feelsping::reeeeee::reeeeee::reeeeee:
Fucking cheap bitch
They might rent me an apartment but idk

Jfl nyc. Way more expensive than getting a house in some suburb. I highly recommend living in a suburb that has lots of greenery and a forest or other natural sceneries nearby.

Permanently using the 4% (or really ~3.2%) rule a year, which would give you $32-40K a year to burn

i would spend the rest of my life in bed with no problems at all.
a million dollar is 3 millions dinars where i live so it's a ton of money and i could just go and buy a giant house with a good car.
i would also ascend by marying a very poor girl and betabuxxing (maybe) or just get some hookers once a week
