A few weeks ago another SEAmaxxer roped by jumping from the 20th floor of my building.
He fell through the roof of a house bellow.
Apparently he wasn't dead right away and agonized for hours before finally making it out of this world.

If you want 100% fatality rate then tie a noose to your head and jump with it, make sure rope is long so it'll end up decapitating you mid way. Even god wouldn't be able to save you if you jump.
