I didn’t know it’s possible for a human being to be literally shit in every way possible. Penis? Small. Voice? Weak. Height? 5”7. Face? Ugly. Gynecomastia. I mean what did I even do to end up like this?

You can get rid of gyno with surgery. AT least that is what I have heard from bodybuilders, supposedly it isn't even that expensive.
But yeah this sounds pretty brutal.
