How is it fair from God to judge us all the same when for some people it's easier to enter heaven due to external factors?

No one is saying he is definetly going to heaven but he has more chance to go to heaven than the natural guy who has lustful desires since his medication prevents him from sins such as lust so I just don't see it as fair.

Nonsense. There is no one who is free from sin. We are all sinners.
If he wants nothing to do with God and is an atheist, he won't see the Kingdom of Heaven anyway.
Your statement would make only minimal sense if he were a devout Christian.
But even without the vice of lust, Satan would still have numerous other ways to tempt him.
