If I don't sleep at least 7 hours I'm not able to do anything
 
Sleep is the only way to help me get rid of my sadness and feel more positive although it does seep into my dreams as well sometimes. Life is too sad sometimes but also can be just lack of sleep making us more negative or emotional. A good rest and new day can put things into perspective.
 
sleep is so important but i tend to avoid it often
 
Recently I have been sleeping 9-10 hours to get into dream states. I can only strongly remember each dreams' details if I sleep for at least 9 hours. I've been writing each dream down in notes, i've learn and noticed so much in the past 7 days from them.

Sleepmaxing and dreaming is incredibly underated.

As time goes on I'm liking sleep more and more, my life tends to be crap in my waking hours
 
I really enjoy sleeping, but takes a lot to fall asleep and wake up many times during night :feelsbadman:
 
My sleep schedule is fucked beyond repair

But sleeping is so much of a good cope I love that

I have no time to sleep. Again am very tired because had to wake up after only sleeping 4 -5 hours. That is the maximum I have time to sleep on the weekdays. on weekends i can sleep for 16 or even 18 hours straight.
