Do you think it is possible to improve a bad/average eye-are with the form of your eyebrows?

I was just looking at this picture of Aquachad and here his eye area looks almost prey-like. However, thanks to his demonic eyebrows this bad feature is much improved/masked.

I have quite bushy eyebrows and maybe a can do something here. (will probably look retarded on me tbh)
