Experiment How I would run an Incel Country

The name of the country will be "Incel Union"
It will be an incel authoritarian country with someone like me as it's Leader.
-In the Incel Union, the male gender is superior to the inferior female gender.
-Women will have limited rights
-All men will be paired with their female looksmatch
-Dating and hookups will become illegal, all dating apps are banned, everyone must be with their looksmatch
-Local authorities, citizen patrols, and the Federal Government will work together to enforce Incel Laws, and punish those who break the law
-In order to catch men and women who are secretly cheating on their spouse (falling in love with someone other than their partner who was assigned to them by the government) the federal government will allow regular citizens to report people who are secretly dating. People will also be able to make citizens arrest on those who are breaking the law. For example, if a guy is at a park and he sees a couple kissing behind a bush during the night, he has the power the make a citizens arrest on sight or he call the police to arrest them. If a citizens arrest leads to a prosecution of the suspects, the person who made the citizens arrest will be rewarded with 1,500 dollars.
-In all major cities, authorities will be patrolling the streets, parks, and all other public areas to make sure no one is violating incel laws (no kissing or cuddling in public)
-All women will be required to wear proper and modest clothing. They don't have to wear a hijab, just wear normal clothing
-Schools will be segregated by gender to prevent teenagers from falling in love (teen love is forbidden)
-The authorities will have access to all phones, messages, phone calls, and other forms of communication to catch those who are illegally engaging in romantic relationships without their partner knowing
-Husbands will have the power to monitor their wives phone activity

Good ideas. I like how you punish both the men and women for cheating, as many inkwells forget to include that in. Men aren't perfect after all and sometimes make egregious mistakes. It wouldn't be right to punish just the woman in a cheating relationship.
I also would add that the Jews would be banned or monitored heavily in this society to prevent any feminist groups from rising up in the future and, of course, the suppression of niggers as well.
