How hard did you try before you gave up? Despite improvements like gym or imitating the normies, how much did they reject you?

I almost didn't try, honestly, since I need to go through lots of surgeries to just look like a normie at best.
I made many attempts over the last six years. I tried dating apps, working out, improving my social skills, and talking to women more. NOTHING worked and I only ended up becoming more depressed and angry than if I had not tried at all. Fuck this gay earth

my autistic father is 62, he used to be an emergency doctor but now he's a total mess. Alcoholic, fat as fuck, sometimes shits himself in public, lives with his mother. I tried the gym three times in my life, lookism, being social, being a bad boy, but all this before I was 25. When I reached 25, I realised it was all over. Now I'm almost 30 and I'm not trying anything anymore, I just have to accept it
