I think there are really only two ways this could go
a) if GE (genetic engineering)is cheaper than we expected, and 80-95% of people can afford it, hypergamy might get even worse. Think about it, assuming people become more attractive and our jawlines & cheekbones are no longer an issue, people will find other flaws and traits to create a new hierarchy of looks
b) if GE is expensive, and only ~10-15% of people can afford it, we’d barely notice a difference, maybe just that rich people would all be gigachads or gigastacies
