Some sweating and panting I guess. Nothing too crazy usually.

I just sweat, I don't need to go to sauna because I used to be a fat fuck.

I start sweating like crazy.

Mostly muscles spasms, rarely fainting. One time as a kid i went to amusement park where a big roller coaster put you upside down for quite some time was the main attraction. I sneak in without my parents knowing just to blackout for most of the ride.

Could you please define "extreme physical stress?" Strenuous exercise and torture can both be "extreme physical stress."

any action that makes your body overload to the extreme
The most extreme thing I've ever subjected my body to is physical exercise, and I did not push myself to my body's breaking point in any case. To answer your question, I don't know.

but that's in an controlled environment

If you ever been in extreme stress you get a real bad stomach pain can barely stand up straight, all the muscles in the stomach tense and blood starts pooling there and adrenaline surging.

He didn't say anything about a "controlled environment," GrAYnigger. His post is literally just a dot. JFL
