Serious How does one socialized with normies?

As it says in the topic, I have never really been able to socialize with my normie peers, even in high school I would sit alone because I didn't have many friends. I had to break up my friendship with my only friend years ago because he almost got me involved in criminal activity and I haven't had any friend or socialized in my whole 4 years of University. The only intimate human contact I have had in the past 5 years was with escorts and that has just felt hollow in most cases, at this point talking to normies or being in social situations juts makes me feel awkward. So this is a question for incels with friends how have you been able to make those relationships and talk to people?
