They say stay busy, but fuck that I’m not a worker bee. Is there any other way or do I need to find a way to increase my energy and listen to them? I swear to God that if I could just not wank to degenerate porn or fantasies I’d feel like a much freer person even if women still don’t want me. I feel you bro. Im not one to talk as porn addiction rules me but the best advice I can give if u arent gonna stay busy is to take a small tolerance break for like 2 days then beat to something normal and with no other guy in it. Then gradually expand the amount of time of the breaks. going full cold turkey hasnt helped me but maybe you have a stronger mental constitution than I do
