Serious How do you wear lifts without fucking up like this dude did?
I did almost the same when i was a teen, it messed up my feet. One day i just said fuck it, if im subhuman i will be also a subhuman with 2 more inch in height.
you need higher tops so your heels aren't sticking out
how did it mess up your feet& foids walk with heels on all the time
i have problems with my feet (they're kinda flat) so i def wouldnt want to ruin them more
It is uncomfortable and puts too much strain on shins, i got shin splits inflammation and i couldnt walk normally for a month. Inserts are not worth it if you have to walk few miles every day, specialised lifter shoes are good but hard to find and expensive.

There are shoes with longer heels for manlets. I mean, shoes alone can add 2 inches. After that, yeah you look like a clown
they walk very little and they complain how it's so uncomfortable

Use the AF1 highs, that's how. But in general you should only wear elevator shoes/big lifts for special events as they can fuck up your feet if you wear them daily. Otherwise just wear thick soled shoes (basketball shoes, chelseas, timbs, etc.) with a large orthotic insole and there you go you're 2"/5cm taller comfortably (~1" advantage over others).
