I don't know about that, it might just be the places around me, but it seems like lately when I would order Chinese food from my local Chinese place, it'd keep making me feel like throwing up. Sometimes, I'd actually vomit out some undigested noodles.

You can be easily monitored online.
In person, at a beach resort, with a signal scrambler in the room, very unlikely.
If you think a bunch of incels with resources gathering together isn't going to make authorities worry you are crazy.
We can discuss fun things online, but anything serious (initiatives, business deals, networking, etc) would have to be discussed in person, with every attendee vetted thoroughly.

My point is, a NEET/LDAR type of person could initially join this website because of that allure, but then after spending some time on the forums, decide against his NEET/LDAR lifestyle and be motivated to do something and make substantive change. If we got rid of the LDAR tone completely, we could possibly lose out on such potential recruits. What do you make of that?

I do plan on getting fit again, but only when my finances are in order, and then I'll be able to afford to eat healthy without having to sacrifice taste (which is why most people can't turn their "diet" into a "lifestyle"). If you don't enjoy eating, you won't make the foods a staple in your life, and it will just be a "diet" that you end up quitting.
