Depends tbh. For the sexual part, you could masturbate for a temporary fix. I've also found isolation to help me but it might exacerbate some people's loneliness.

The romantic part is tricky. Masturbation may end up making you feel more wanting in this area and loneliness will probably make it worse. Perhaps adopting a pet could help fill the companionship void as well as making friends with fellow brocels.

MGTOW had relationships before. Incels never had.

It is possible to remain completely celibate all your life but I think it's incredibly hard, especially nowadays with omnipresent female imagery.

I think you have to get it out of your system first, by paying. Then sexual abstinence is easier to withstand. You'll just have to avoid sexual stimuli and focus your mind on non-sexual stuff. It doesn't work for everyone, but I believe it needs to be tried.
