How do you protect yourself when your appliances betrayed you

Well have you ever wondered every single home appliances have inbuilt wifi and speakers in them well you can really don't need them in the first place we all know what they are used for and why but how come no one really questions them like just because it helps them for some milli seconds or seconds by peeping make them ignore the whole plot makes me laugh

But the thing is how can anyone who has genuine concern protects themseleves makes me wonder tho ik this site is too dumb to ans q so i am not asking anything from fellow CHUDS but still we really don't need these things in the first place the more and more days pass by we are into more and more dystopian world brutallll isn't it ?

A place controlled by them who are addicted , dysfunctional and even brain dead have so much power and control over us it's just unsettling.

Avoid internet connected things if it doesn't need it, even if it means getting an older appliance off eBay or something.
