Does the reason matter as long as it gets implemented? I don't see what Chad/Stacy worships about it; it's simply an acknowledgment that they possess better and more desirable traits and, thus, genetics. Our genes and traits suck and are lacking. Thus, they need to be improved; it's that simple.
It's just that being non NT will always be viewed with hostility on principle but I don't necessarily view autism as something that needs to be cured and I see a lot of the negative consequences/suffering that people with ASD endure as more the result of the environment and people around them rather than any inherent debilitating characteristics of the condition. If the reasoning for eugenics is improvement then that means some traits are considered disadvantageous by a consensus (for specific traits it's obvious but for others it's more debatable) and autism isn't something I'm completely willing to concede as some kind of disease that needs to be snuffed out to improve the human condition since it's arguable if it actually should be treated like that. It's more in the debatable category of traits that could be eliminated and this blurry gray area is why I use another reasoning that's less dubious if that makes sense.
