Make one up. Claim you are bi polar or clinically depressed and find a therapist to sign off on it. First you go to your pcp, who will then recommend you see a therapist. It isn't hard to fake it. Just go to a learning clinic. A clinic that is run by a college. Those guys are eager to diagnose you with something.

I have extreme social anxiety from bullying in high school so I can't even leave the house, being NEET is garbage anyway, it's only good for like the first month or so then you want to die.

I was lucky enough to be born into a family that is relatively well-off (by no means rich, but not in any kind of need also) and doesn't really think hard-work is good or necessary.

Also, Brazilian culture is kinda accepting of one living with their parents post adulthood.
