It's a bit like creating a tulpa, but far easier imo. The first thing you need to do is to listen to her voice over and over again until it's stuck in your head. That way when you converse with her in your mind you won't be confused, and it will be simply more pleasant. Secondly, you need to get a good grasp of her personality. What helped me at first was writing an essay about it, and setting up a conversation in word document.
Once you get the basics down, you can invest in a good quality pillow with her, and try your best to imagine her being with you while still remaining sane.
