Video games are kinda freaking dull to me, but I'm an oldcel who only likes video games from 80s and 90s. Sometimes I can be sorta entertained for like 10 minutes watching someone else play a video game from that era, but otherwise bleh.

Reading a book feels like work and a burden. It's a lot of work for your brain to do.

Learn an instrument if you have any form of musical talent (timing, good motor skills, etc.). Playing an instrument would be the ultimate cope for me if only I nad the genetic ability to play well and learn quickly.
