Sometimes i feel strong mental pain without particular reason. I used to it someway, but it's still beats me. It's lke panic attack or something, but without much panic, you just feel suddenly bad. So, if you have it, how do you stop it sooner?

I honestly don't know how I even do it anymore.

There is no endearing. It will reshape your mind.

Why u feel that wht r the thoughts

Distract yourself with copes if possible. Sometimes I meditate as a last resort.

I thought meditation was a load of BS?
Its not, but I don't know if it really works immediately. Most benefits from meditation come after weeks of daily practice.

As for me, if I feel genuinely bad about something, I just do HIIT and run as fast as I can for a while. When my body is tired my mind is also calmer. And endorphins soothe pain, whether mental or physical, so exercise should work.

It helps me to switch off for a moment. I'm not into Buddhism, I just meditate when I'm unable to relax.

It's definitely not for everyone and it can be really hard to resist your urges if you're new to it.

Better sleep position

And much much water
(over for niggers)

Physical activity can help, but i have no motivation

Cold showers. Shocks your nervous system into factory reset basically

You just have to. Here's two of my favorite quotes from The Book of Mormon on enduring:

And if they will not repent and believe in his name, and be baptized in his name, and endure to the end, they must be damned

He that endureth to the end, the same shall be saved

You will get used to it or cope with it

I’M GONNA COOOOOOOOOOOOOOPE.
