But then I immediately mix it afterwards. I don't actually know why I do it that way, it's probably just a habit.

Also I don't use pans, I just use two cooking pots, one for the noodles, one for the sauce.

How does cooking everything in one pan even work? How do you cook the noodles? Usually I need way more water for the noodles than tomato sauce.
