How do you cope when you see happy couples online and in person?

I just imaginarygfmaxx, I’ll imagine her killing the couple in a gruesome way to please me, and out of intense obsessive jealousy.

It doesn’t always help though, sometimes If I’ll see it I’ll immediately leave the situation to try and get my mind off of it.
