is there anything you do during the day that makes you feel better about yourself?

i have nothing going on in my life, ldar all day and exercise for 30 minutes..
 
exercise for 45 mins, then 1 hr, then 1hr 15, etc
 
I try to keep learning new things. Reading new books. Anything to feel like I'm moving forward.
 
Weed, LSD, occasionally alcohol, porn (that one's free but still damaging), and I just broke an energy drink addiction.
I thought weed was something you couldn't be addicted too, like i smoke it a lot but don't feel like i need it.

"Challenging" one self is made by normies who like to pat themselves on the back for doing the smallest mundane shit, because they like to praise themselves into thinking that they are better than they really are.

I buy it online, the variant I acquire is legal atm in my European country. I literally pick it up at the post office. I take it about once a week which is way more than you should.

When I get LSD I pop that shit every 2 or 3 days. Pretty bad but fuck it, what hve i got to lose.

What is a lot to you, I smoke 2grams minimum a day and if I dont smoke for half a day i cant eat or sleep for shit.
 
First, you need a purpose to live. Next you have too raise the stakes in your life or the stakes have to be raised naturally through circumstances outside of your control. That's the only thing that stopped me from continuing to be a lazy, undisciplined faliure struggling with addiction. You have to put yourself in a survival type situtation where the outcome of failing is so bad that you will no longer continue your previous lifestyle.
