How do warnings expire?

The verbal ones. Do they just disappear or are they supposed to stay there?

They don't disappear. All your warnings are kept on file.

Warnings are said to 'expire' after 30 days but in reality they are still taken into account when users are banned.

Yeah man I wanted the warnings tab to disappear but it didn't. Now my record is permanently stained, like it happens when you have been in prison.

Yeah here too. Stays on record and then mods look at it to decide whether or not they should unban u or not
