How do I seem more NT, when talking or being at work. I always act like a weirdo.

Any tips how to act around humans?

I’ve been getting better recently, I think stumbling words and eye contact are my current setbacks now.

Open body language, smile from time to times, maintain eye contact while talking to them (you sometimes can distract your eyes but for short time only), don't forget about nodding your head. You can easily read about basics of body language online.

True plus try not to sperg out about your specific interests to others at work but that’s brutal as an autistic cause then you’re too quiet. It’s always too quiet or viewed as obnoxious if you talk. Only NT or attractive people can get viewed in a good way for talking much

One guy I worked with was like that. He wouldn't stop sperging out about this niche anime that he watches.

One guy I worked with was like that. He wouldn't stop sperging out about this niche anime that he watches.

Brutal. I sometimes sperg out about cars at work as that’s my main hobby but I usually try to stop before it bothers anyone. After a few minutes it’s easy to tell that they’re getting irritated with you talking about cars.

Gotta imagine it would be way worse though with anime
