Bro everytime i have a issue with someone or get insulted I start thinking about it all day. I rant about it everywhere but most people barely read it cuz it’s too long and the brocels i met irl barely give a shit. I feel like i’m alone in this world bro and no one actually cares about me so when i deal with insults like that i personally feel alone. I got no one to go too

No one to support me. Im on my own and it hurts. Everything i watch or see is people having others so it hurts me even more. How do i stop having this pain. How can i stop caring about people’s feeling and needing people’s company

That's how I am. If someone says or does something bad to me I'll think about it years after. I can't let things go or move on. That's why I limit how much I interact with people but now all those situations happen at work and there's nothing I can do about it.

High school was better You weren’t forced to work with people all the time or forced to interact Majority of them left me alone or laughed. Now at work we are forced to interact with them
