How do some of you have such low bodyfat despite being sedentary and having high stress?

I have seen more than a few Incels on here, r/incels, even lookism post their pics and they are shredded at 10 percent or under with abs and veins clearly visible. I am not talking about gymcels, just incels who don't even lift or are small framed and don't have much muscle but are still lean as fuck.

I am ectomorph and sit around 12-14 percent the whole time because to get leaner than that i need to eat like 1500 calories or some shit and it's impossible to eat that low while sitting in front of a computer all day long drinking water and coffee, i'm hungry all the time on such low calories and limited exercise. Plus you eat out of boredom and depression too. Then you have the stress and fatigue and lack of decent sleep that inceldom brings which people say over and over stress and poor sleep makes your body hold onto stubborn fat.

Yet I see several incels here and elsewhere who are ripped without even thinking twice about it.

Are you guys just never hungry or what?

Are you active despite being incel?

How do you get so low while living a sedentary/rotter lifestyle?
 
I don't go to gym but do push ups, pull ups, and sometimes go to jog very early when normies are sleeping. these would help but I bet your main problem is the junkfood. if you want to be lean, stop eating anything sugary, stay away from fastfood. if you are using sugar with coffee and tea, that means a lot of callories. get accustomed to drinking tea without sugar, that's how I drink it. it helps really, I have visible abs now I haven't been anything any sugar for the past couple of months.
 
Genetics. Both of my parents (and their family) are just genetically skinny. I don't really work out, but I'm still pretty lightweight, with fat mostly around my stomach, arms, and thighs (which isn't even that visible anyways).
 
I've started eating very tiny meals frequently throughout the day. I eat 200 calories every 2-3 hours. It's the best way I've found to fight off the hunger. Also, I got an exercise bike with a tray for my laptop and I started riding 20 miles a day (takes me about 90 minutes of slow pedaling) while watching Netflix to burn 500 calories. I've gotten my calorie intake down to 1700~ a day and I burn 500 of that. I've been losing 2-3 pounds a week.

Some peoples' metabolisms kick ass (like Elliot Rodger's). I have a friend who's eaten nothing but fast food his whole life, and now in middle-age he's finally getting fat. It's hilarious because it perplexes him so! He thinks eating at Subway, and shooting some baskets will get him skinny. :heybby:

And he'd never exercised before. I'm really weak, but still way stronger than him. His baby-mamma is stronger than him.
 
Don't know i just cant gain weight in the form of fat easily, my body just doesn't allow it. I can eat as much icecream and sugars and fats as i want and still not gain much if anything at all.
 
It's all about normal portions and not eating meals more than 2-3 times a day. Fat fucks eat too much. I'm borderline overweight currently, on a diet and trying to lose weight. My portions used to be too large. When I eat candy, cake etc. (the most calorically dense foods) I eat too much of it. When I was a kid growing up, large portions were the norm. Instead of just one regular sized bowl of cereal for breakfast I'd always end up having two large bowls of cereal with a lot of milk.

One serving of cake was several 200g/7oz pieces for me, instead of just one small slice. I'd often eat lunch twice in a 1-2 hour window. Snacking on candy/sweets was an every day thing for me, easily 500kcal just from that alone.
Luckily I was never obese, just borderline overweight or overweight with periods of normal weight.

I've never been below 16% body fat in my life. I'm currently at 25% (started at 30% two and a half months ago.) My goal is 12% before bulking.

Incel doesn’t mean shut in. I work, run, bike, and eat healthy.

I don't eat because of the stress.
I feel like throwing up after every bite.

I pretty much live off 1500 kcal a day, if not less. My main meal during the day is usually a McDonald's meal that i get during my lunch break adds up to like 1.1k kcal and the rest I get through drinks and small foods like chocolate bars and yoghurt.

I don't eat breakfast and just drink tea (no milk) in the morning before going to work. I used to fast 16h a day and would eat only after I get back from work and before going to sleep, for higher test levels but that didn't make me any less subhuman so I gave up, just like with any kind of self-improvement.
I'm thinking about quitting my job as I'm 10x more depressed since starting work than when I was a studycel, but that would just make my situation even worse and slaving away is like my only hope now.

I've never lived the way you did and I'm fat as fuck. I never go around munching on candy like people casually do and I work a physical job. It's trash genetics in my opinion, but you can't tell normies that cause then they couldn't feel superior and explain to you how it's your own damn fault.

I used to have the same problem.

Cut out wheat, dairy and sugar. Your appetite and metabolism will regulate themselves so much better. I had the same problem as you for years until I did this, now I eat as much as I want and am lithe and lean, mood swings are nowhere near as bad and can concentrate better. I also don’t stick to the regimen 100%. You only need to follow it about 80% of the time and can allow yourself to cheat every 3-4 days with continued good results.
 
I'm working 8-10 hours a day, and I'm currently on 1200-300 calory diet. Dedication.
 
Because some of us eat healthy and have a high metabolism on top of things, that's why we remain lean twinks.

Lots of genetic aspects at work here.

not many. I started with aussie pull ups because I'm weak as shit, I reached 20. I have done them for a while and skipped to normal pull ups. now I can do 5 pull ups max lel. and 10 push ups but I do them very slowly and trying get a really good form dialed in.
not high reps but I literally looked like a little girl 6 months ago, now I look like a muscular twink. it's pretty satisfactory for my standards.

Do you mean actual pull ups or chin ups? 5 pull ups is extremely good at start, 5 chin ups is easier, since biceps is mainly involved. Also you make shoulder wide grip or wider?

I do pull ups. chin ups are for some reason harder for me to do, maybe because I rarely do chin ups. shoulder width grip, 5 pull ups is what I do every other day or so.

That's pretty good results for you, since most of the men shamelessly lie about their physical capacities all the time. Most of the normal looking (not muscular) males you see in the streets are often unable to perform even one proper pull up, lol.

real shit dude. calisthenics is fucking tough. executing one proper push up slowly is hell. yet most people claim they can do 50 push ups etc. I take my form seriously, and doing the exercises properly is rewarding too. do you workout at home?

Wow, pathetic liars. 20 i could understand, but 50 is insane. The only way to do so much in a row is when you lower body is extremely skinny and undeveloped compared to upper one. This is what i'm currently aiming to. Trained upper part and untrained legs. Legs will train themselves carrying upper part, lul

No, there's a gym outdoors near my home, machines stand right in the open air, completely free to use, yet seldom being used by anyone, especially in the evening, like 10 pm or something, when i'm going out to them.

nice man. wish had something like that in my area. working out is good. I do not exercise with the intention of getting big or muscular but feeling healthier, and not suffering from numerous back pain or any other joint problems in the future and like I said I no longer look like a girl which is nice too. I have been doing stretches and my back and neckpain are reduced big time. look up other calisthenics exercises too, bodyweight exercises are really great.
