I tried watching that crap when I tried ntmaxxing. Never liked it. I did watch death note with my brother tho, that was good.

idk tbh, any genre outside of shonen and seinen is dismissible imo

anime is just an art style and it depends on what genre it is. its like asking "how do people enjoy cartoons?"

I honestly don't know.

I used to binge watch tf out of it for like 2 years from the years 2019-2021 and then I started watching it less and less and now I just can't stand it anymore

Death note is such a good anime tho. Honestly my all time favorite

Death Note is really good. That's an exception to people who don't actively like anime. Maybe you should get into similar shows;

- Code Geass
- Parasyte
- Stein's Gate
- Erased

I think these are similar animes? Code Geass is really good too. I mostly read instead of watch.

I have never heard of those. Even incels here watch anime lol. Don't know why I don't enjoy any mainstream nt hobbies.

There's no problem in liking it. I just don't seem to enjoy anything lol
Maybe you don't like the anime stories for being too over the top or how exaggerated the character reactions and voice acting are.

Spectacular Spiderman is lifefuel.
Loved that one when I was younger. Too bad it was cancelled so soon it was one of those shows that could have had many episodes like the 90s Spiderman cartoon. I also loved that one I had a VHS with some episodes.

it’s hard for me to find anime that really catches my attention. Redo healer is fucking amazing though, wish there were more anime like that.

I don't watch movies either. Idk what's wrong with me lol. I wasn't allowed to watch movies or play video games as a child, maybe that's why I'm not interested now. It's all foreign to me. Screw helicopter parents.

When I was ntmaxxing I tried watching Naruto. It was utter shit compared to death note
I loved naruto so much tbh.

It's a shame you don't enjoy it.

Was it the length of the series or like the pacing or something?

At least the entire population of Mexico.

What about OG Ben 10? TNMT? I forgot how Power Rangers was but I watched an episode of P.R.Samurai and honestly, it held up. Generator Rex? Rick and Morty was alright.

You don't get to talk about shows until there's that one show you genuinely loved.

That being said, EVERYONE SHOULD READ; 'The Boxer' - by J.H.H

Didn't find it as intresting. Also helicopter parents and ADHD I guess. I feel guilty whenever, I watch movies or play video games occasionally now. I don't know why.

anime is and art style and a medium, if you dont like star wars does that mean all movies are bad? ( star wars aint that good just a example)

if you like fantasy look for fantasy anime, like porn look at hentai, like over the top retarded kung-fu fights watch shonen jump shit

Yes, I know I just hate it I don't know why. I have tried it all.

You have to be a braindead vegetable to enjoy most animes, especially modern ones. There are only very few good ones

jew (((brainwashing))) made them degen

Then, good thing I don't enjoy it.

Ben 10 I didn't watch it when younger because it was on cable TV only and my area didn't have it. Watched it when older and is entertaining but no nostalgia so don't like it as much. TMNT loved it when younger both the 1980s version (watched re-runs) and the 2000s cartoon which was more serious. However when you grow up you realize the 1980s cartoon was pretty much 20 minute toy commercials. As for Power Rangers again watched it lots when younger (different generations like the original, the ninja themed, fantasy themed, etc.) but I never rewatched it.

Not familiar with Generator Rex. Rick and Morty I was already in my late teens when that came out.

My parents let me watch normal kids cartoons but didn't let me watch Family Guy, South Park, etc. Which makes sense because of the swearing, violence and sex jokes. When I think about it they weren't so strict. I had a friend whose parents banned him from watching Yugioh because it was "too violent" kek.

Any recommendations?

I remember being younger and watching old Jacksepticeye and H20Delirious when I was 9, but not be allowed to watch extreme animal documentaries.

Just shows how almost nothing in life is under your control.

Naruto and Harry Potter are the two franchises that prove beyond any doubt that you don't have to worry about putting any effort into worldbuilding or thinking about how your world would realistically work and still have an extremely successful career as a writer. HP's worldbuilding is a joke and has been memed to death by now, and Naruto's is probably even worse. We don't know how old Konoha is or have any official timeline of its history, we don't know whether that world even has any religion or whatever, but we have filler episodes with Mecha Naruto:feelskek::feelskek:.

Out of the ones he mentioned I've only watched Code Geass, and if you've enjoyed Death Note as you've said, then you'll love that as well. The MC is basically Light, just less megalomaniacal, and anime fans have been debating for over a decade by now which of those two are smarter and better as characters. Crapload of fanfics out there specifically pitting those two against each other since they're so similar.

Also could be something for you even if you're not into noodles, since it's set in a Japan colonized by a white supremacist empire and the MC himself is not just white but actually a son of its emperor.

Watching Braceface now kek the animation looks kinda cheap but charming and the show is rather wholesome. Yes it's a bit girly but who cares. Also the target audience was older kids/early teens so doesn't treat the viewers like idiots.
