One of the best physical feelings is being cozy and enjoying some delicious smashburgers and coke on your bed.
Due to my Ocd I couldn't relax. I had physical pain and I could not be in the moment and allow myself to be free and just flow and enjoy the food.
I finally beat it but it was too late. Food is gone. It's in my belly I'm full. And I didn't enjoy it.
I did not get to enjoy the moment eating, watching YouTube.
I dont know if it's satan or just my messed up brain. Perhaps it's a sign to never again give in or take it serious.
