I can easily watch anime movies and regular movies but whenever I watch an episodic show, I am completely bored.

its just a social thing, there is a flavor of the month tv show. Normies get their sense of what is valuable, what beliefs, products, views from social reinforcement mostly, just like they do as children from parents. There is actually almost no functional difference between how normie kids and normie adults acquire beliefs or behaviors. When growing up, they just switch authority figures from parents to other kids, then other teenagers and later other adults and authority figures. They are still living with parents as adults, only that the parents are called doctor shlomo, papa government, mama therapist etc.

They dont seek out tv shows they like, they seek out tv shows they think they are supposed to like. Because they hear someone else talk about it and want to keep up. Then they watch like a YT summary on it, or watch like 2-3 episodes of it, just enough to keep up. The rest is larp. Never view them as individuals, they run in groups, they mostly operate through "lockstep learning" - everything is learned by being in an in-group. You adapat and maintain your allegiance to the in-group by updating your operating system and synching with the groups beliefs and shit 24/7.

They never ever just ask a random question out of curiosity. There are no hypotheticals. Like a normie will never like look at some random fucking shit and be like "i wonder if that is even true?"
or ask questions of methodology "how would you even arrive at that? by what method?"
If they did, they would become true sceptics in 10s and their entire worldview would fall apart.

Just imagine a normie asking like "why is it MORALLY bad to fuck a fully matured female below the age of 18 in america, but not in germany where the age of consent is 14?"

Or, "why is it bad to kill someone on the street, but killing someone with societal approval as a soldier is ok?"
Or, "if consequences determine the moral value of an action, how is death through murder different to death by accident, given the consequences are identical?"
Or, "if the correct answer to the trolley problem is to save a larger number of people by killing a smaller, were the nazis not justified with the holocaust? They seriously believed they could save 80 million germans by gassing 6 million jews, its just a giant trolley experiment basically."
