How do men initiate conversation with women in social circle

I have no idea how men get into relationship with women. How do they initiate conversation with women and then show sexual and romantic interest in her. I am 29 and I have no idea how to talk with women.

Even in social cirlce women will behave like you are stranger and invisible and It feels weird and creepy to initiate conversation with them .

When I was school or college no girl ever gave me even an eye contact and I am sure other than chads no one get Indicators of Interest from girls . So,naturally I was not able to even talk with them .
Few times i tried to initiate conversation with them It felt awkward and was shamed and made fun for doing so.

I am 29 and till now I am not able to even have conversation with a girl.

Then how do non-chad guys get into relationship with women. How do they initiate conversation with girl , then develop may be friendship , then relationship with them .

How do non-chads do it . I have no fucking idea.

The most important piece of advice is to never show you are interested in her as a woman. They will always back off or drop they have a boyfriend in a conversation. The goal of your approaching should be to just speak to them, about anything really, but never look like you are interested because it'll be the last time you talk to her.

The topic can be whatever. I have no idea what your social circles are — is it uni, work? You can try and ask for help with something not too hard or not too easy. Compliment some piece of clothing or tattoo and ask where she got it (although I don't really see it working outside of art community where men and women can normally wear the same clothes). If it's a party you can even share how awkward you feel at parties if she is standing alone. But why would you be at the party? You can also ask what is she drinking, where did she got is and is it good.

Anyway, the most important rule is to never cling to the conversation, back off as soon as it's over or the interest levels fall, you can be shy and awkward but don't be a try-hard, it's always visible and annoying, and never show your interest in her as a woman, unless you are a chad. Your goal is just that — to practice small talk, not to find a pussy, and not even to befriend anyone.
