Do you have a fan at the other end of the house? If so you can create airflow inside.

Or just angle the fan outside your room like at the door so that the Window draws in air.

You need an air conditioning device which has a pipe attachable to open window. There's not much you can do without it as the walls heat up during the summer. You have to cover your windows from direct sunlight and keep windows open when it cools down at evening.

It can work with a draft. So open all the windows.

Of course, it depends on how cold it gets where you are and how high the dew point is. In other words, whether the air is humid.

Buy an air conditioner, nigger.

For example, I opened all the windows early this morning. But we're currently at about 13-14°C and have a good air mass, not humid.

Put fan at least a few feet away from window and point directly at the opening. This creates a vacuum effect where air in the room has to come from somewhere, preferably another window on the cooler side. You think you should feel the air blowing in and out, but studies have shown that's suboptimal, including my own.

For the best example, watch firefighters when they attempt to get smoke out of a building after the fire is gone. They use huge fans on like the other side of the room pointed at a door.

Use the fan to encourage the natural thermosiphon air flow effect of the area.

Buy an inverter

Ill tell you how first you need to buy a chair then you need to buy a rope

The humble heat pump

open the window? unless you live where there's bugs or where it's hot even outside at night.

Get a fire extinguisher

Brutal no central air in your apartment pill.
One of the few areas in the US where they're obligated to provide heat but not cooling. Which makes sense, AC is only needed here maybe 10 days per year.

Too hot to do anything. Can’t even drive anywhere cuz police ripped my tints off and the ac doesn’t work
