Do any of you have this problem? I used to be morbidly obese because food is my best cope. Instant gratification tbh. I'm so fucked if I continue binging.

If you're already fat, there's no hope, I'm sorry. I've been trying to lose weight since 2015 and it's impossible as an incel. The hunger and cravings get more intense as you go further into the diet, and most people can just get dopamine from other sources, like girlfriends or friends or some shit. For incels, food is basically the only thing you've got, and you'll eventually cave in.

It's easy for an incel to retain a low weight if he starts out that way, but losing weight is way too difficult for an incel to reasonably do.

The only way I know of is replacing it with another cope. You aren't satisfied in life, you aren't fulfilled and there's a void, and you fill it with food. Instead of filling it with food, you could fill it with something else. Now, that can obviously be anything, the problem is finding something that isn't very devastating to your life. Something productive is a long-shot, since those things don't offer instant gratification.

I wish I could gain weight.

Just water fast. I lost 80 pounds doing it.
I'm just worried I won't be able to pull through this one I'm doing now. I always give in when I get depressed af.

Calorie surplus is all that's needed. If you don't eat a lot, just a eat few calorie dense foods for the day.

Try to distract yourself with other things.

Instead of eating sugary things eat meat. Always have a big cooked joint of meat on the go that you can eat whenever you feel like it. Beef is by far the best imo but gammon is good too and cheap. Meat will satisfy your hunger better and is full of nutrients that help reduce depression.

try adding more copes do your list

Change your mindset about food. Stop thinking of it as cope, start thinking of it as fuel, then start thinking about your excess body fat as fuel. Because that's all it is: excess fuel that you don't want or need to carry around.

It helps to take a two-week break every couple months or so to reset your hunger levels. Once you get relatively lean, you'll never have to diet for more than two or three months ever again, and even less than that if you diet aggressively.

I don't know man you need to have control on yourself

drink water when your hungry

Same here. When I come home there is just NOTHING but LDARing on this forum and eating. I am trying to at least eat somewhat healthier.

I managed to greatly reduce my junk food habit on recent months.

The main way I did it was by trying to get my taste buds more accustomed to fruit rather than sweets. For example, forcing myself to eat a sweet pear instead of chocolate. It'll be hard at first but within a week you'll start to enjoy the sweetness of fruit instead of candy. I make smoothies every day combining different fruits, the process of buying the fruit, cutting it up and then creating the smoothie will make you feel like you're helping g yourself, it sounds bluepilled but it works.

As for salty junk food, try to cut it down to eating it twice a week rather than most days. Go for two days without eating it, then reward yourself on the third day.

It will require willpower but I'm sure you can do it.

A solid block of fact.

Eating something is pretty boring ngl

Food tastes too great and is a good cope so sadly can’t help here. Love food myself.

Change your diet so that it's healthier and diverse but still fun enough to eat it. Try cooking for yourself, it's fun and takes a lot of appetite away.

One of my ways to deal with junk food binging is to try new and different (healthy) foods as often as possible.

Food is a powerful neurostimulant.

You need better alternative copes. Binge watching TV-series, playing addictive computer games, collecting porn, browsing forums and experimenting with drugs works for me.
