I worked there for several months as a garden hose assembler. It was boring and monotonous work, but considering that I was earning $22 an hour for such simple tasks, it was worth it. Most of my coworkers were other incels, boomers who couldn't live on their pensions, immigrants, and even former convicts who couldn't find work anywhere else, and we all minded our own business. I don't think I talked to anyone about anything other than work during my entire time there.

Usually they dont. Most factory jobs are simple jobs that dont require any qualification, thats why most of them pay low.
Also factory jobs are often filled with giga NT normies
Here in America they're typically well paying if you don't have a degree and are single without dependents. At least in my personal experience.
