Keep a good delicious hot sauce around to douse ur burger in
even if it tastes shit the sauce will overpower it

pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic, chili powder, and i put them on a cast iron skillet and add cheese.

Put some Swiss cheese on it, add some lettuce and tomato too

This thread is making me hungry for some fucking burgers

That doesn't even sound bad. Personally I make my own patties and smash them very thin then stack 2 of them, very basic and allows you to taste the seasoning better, I usr basic American cheese, I would reccomend finding a burger sauce most or those recipes are some variation of ketchup mustard mayo and pickles mkxed you should try and find one like kt that you think is the best, toast your buns, learn how to caramelize onions. The seasoning blend I use is very basic, onion salt, pepper, poultry seasoning. You don't really need that much to make it taste good.

I also reccomend adding bacon, cook the bacon (thick cut) on your cast iron and cook the burgers in the greass and top your burger with the bacon. Adding an over medium or sunny side up egg is very good as the yolk soaks into the bun and goes well with the patty and bacon if you add it, very american and greasy, very good.

I also enjoy grilled/fried mushrooms along with the onions.

Non-GMO fresh meat grass fed no chemicals

Maybe try Garlic powder, or copy the McDonald’s recipe, if you want a barbecue styled burger go on reddit, plenty of boomer there who got some good bbq recipes

The quality of your burger bun is also a factor to consider, if you are broke I'd say stick to the cheap white bread but if your burgers are too big and have too much sauce then the bun might soak up too much moisture and fall apart and be messy and will not be improved by being toasted because it is somewhat soggy. If you can jew out on your slop I reccomend getting brioche or larger white bread buns meant for quarter pounders as they are just better at soaking up everything from the inside of the bjrger while still keeping the crisp texture from toasting it. Also the higher quality bread simply tastes better.

Don't get caught making burglars bro!

do 4chan actually give good advice, everyone in that site are just full of pieces of shits :feelshaha:
Personally I've found the cooking board to be quite enjoyable.. I cannot attest to the quality of the advice they give but from what I've seen they'd do a better job than us. You're right tbough everything on 4chan feels like the site has a reputation opposite of what it really is.

Asf

smush quarter pound of ground beef for each patty
also they cook really well in an air fryer

toast the insides of the buns in a bit of butter, brioche buns are good

every burger i make is mid.
use real meat and fat
dont buy burger patties
buy high quality ground beef
and fry it in tallow or lard, animal fats bro

I add lots of animal fats to my beef patty. Mogs tf out of vegetable oil.

Make sure the meat is thawed and not frozen when you put it on the skillet
