Ive been wanting too for the longest but I can't find any they seem pretty based

You usually have to be in the in-group first, born and raised with those who've been in the gang in some form as soon as they were able to cross the street on their own; as you can expect, you can't just walk in and ask for an application form, and you at a minimum have to be gymmaxxed to a certain extent as you're going to be made fun of by other thugmaxxed normies and moggers, risking your own life.
