Blackpill How do I introduce this site to an incel without being rude?

I have several incels in my line of work and I’d like to introduce them to this site. One of them is an ethnicel 30 year old KHHV and the other is a 24 year old ethnicel who thinks he’s gonna get loads of pussy when he gets to the states. The rest of the incels are all bluepilled as fuck and are beyond help. But here’s the thing, I sent the link to the 24 year old and all he sent me was a thumbs up and that’s it, the other guy just keeps getting bullied at work because of his voice and his manletism so I kinda wanna start talking to him more and figure him out. Point being when I do finally bring it up in person how would I ease it into conversation without being like “hey you’re a shitty virgin here’s a site for you, have fun with Pandora’s box”.

I regularly catfish on okcupid as a lardbeast roastie and I chat with curries. During the conversation I bring this topic of blackpill and pass a link to this forum. All of them show fake interest at first, they lurk on this forum a bit then they block me and this happens all the time.
