I am low IQ and am very slow mentally. Can take me minutes to register real time events due to years of LDARing rotting my brain
How do i increase my mental quickness so i can better function in society?
 
You can try nootropics, but none of them have worked for me. Nicotine and caffeine + l-theanine are probably the most effective for increasing mental quickness.

PC games.

There are different brain / IQ / memory trainings out there as well. Didn't look into it yet.

Be careful with coffee, it's incearsing anxiety, addictive and can causes sleep problems. Try green tea instead. It's said it releases the caffeine slower.

I play grand strategy games 12 hours a day when there's nothing else to do and my brain continues to rot. Screen time = brain fog.

It's a catch 22 though because on one hand cutting out screen time makes you function better, but on the other hand you're a subhuman incel autist who stands to gain absolutely nothing from functioning better in society (except for more money so you can pay mr noseberg more rent and taxes) and digital surrogate activities are probably your only respite from this hell if you live in a metropolitan area.

I go walking through parks early in the morning and all I see is roasties jogging, people walking their dogs and bongs made out of Gatorade bottles and garden hose lying on the ground. Unless you're 60 and enjoy playing croquet or you enjoy shopping at the mall and being a consumer, there is almost nothing in life you can enjoy unless you're a successful, well-adjusted person by society's standards. If you use PC gaming as a cope you're basically a caged animal that's been given a ball to play around with, don't rationalise it by saying it helps your brain.

I don't know. If you really hardcore LDARed it might help you. Studies have shown there are positive cognitive benefits linked to computer games. Maybe you are already on a high level and your problems are more mental or physical, those would need to be treated as well. Twelve hours seems a bit to much to me. Maybe one hour.

A mix between dexterity, reaction and strategy plus tactics might be better. Something like a MOBA, but less soy, addictive and toxic.

Sleep right and eat enough protein. Sounds bluepilled but it's true. Not enough carbs and protein will destroy you.

Also taking anti-depressants, Adderall, copious amounts of caffeine, or Vitamin B12 + Ashwaghanda herb will help you out a bit.
