i feel like i have a brain rot for most of my day and in some parts of my day i get extra energy
 
exercise, healthy diet and good (deep) sleep i guess, otherwise might be a vitamin deficiency

yeah i think it has to be vitamin deficiency because sometimes i can operate on a higher performance
 
  1. Make sure you are hydrated, drink lots of water.
  2. Make sure you are not nutrient deficient as this can effect concentration. Vitamin B12 is quite important for this. Zinc and saturated fats are quite important as they increase androgens which can increase motivation.
  3. Exercising. High Intensity Exercise will get your blood pumping which will increase bloodflow to the brain, literally giving it more oxygen so it runs more efficiently.
  4. Get enough sleep. Sleep 7-9 hours a night for optimal brain health and concentration boosts.
  5. Get sunlight. Sunlight promotes Vitamin D and increases testosterone which can boost androgens and motivation.
