So I'm a 5'10 major framecel (135lbs, terrible shoulders etc) and I'm long overdue to get in the gym. This year, I'm gonna finally start lifting.

But I want to achieve as much as I can without "looking like I lift" and looking natural. How do I do that? I'd rather be a framecel than look like a try hard lifting faggot. I don't want people who see my future self to know that I tried to lift to cope with my frame, I want them to think what they see is how I am naturally

How do I achieve? Should I avoid certain muscles etc? Also I definitely wanna workout for a physique that makes me look taller and not shorter. Should I avoid biceps?

For most people chest muscles are easiest to develop. by looking at someone's chest you can understand he has good amount of muscle.

So I recommend you to work your chest hard

Just ignore everything else and take some growth hormones in combination with some estrogen blocker.

Never bulk. Your 3-6 month newbie recomp phase should be enough to get a lean "toned" look without looking like you lift.

Given you're weight, I wouldn't even worry about overbulking. You're making the same excuses a hole makes for avoiding weights. It will take you months to get to a point where you're framemaxxed (but not in a roided way, but more like, you're at the ideal weight). When you reach that point, just plateau. It's a lot of work to merely maintain that plateau by the way.

Yeah, lol at skinnycels afraid of looking too buff, like that's something that happens by accident...

Is it possible to reach that point by May or June if start today? Going to the gym tonight

noob gains are the only gains youll be getting, lifting for another 10 years to get 20% of what you would with steroids in a shorter period of time is a shitty cope imo

I'm not saying looking too buff, I'm saying looking like I lift . There's a difference.

I'd say July-August is more likely. I would focus on deadlifts, eating, and recovery. Don't even bother with cardio if you're solely focused on just gains (but you should in the future).

Don't workout someplace unless they have a smoothie place nearby. It's so much handier to absorb your proteins right after you lift.

I want to do cardio for skinmaxxing tho cuz face > body TBH

I agree with this.

Any cardio you do will slow down mass gains. You could do both simultaneously, but I'm telling you, you'll spend twice or thrice the amount of time. Also, since you will be producing more testosterone naturally, you'll be more prone to breakouts too. You'll need to be super judicious about your skincare after you workout, make sure you don't touch your sweaty face.

Fuck I do not need more breakouts, they're brutal as is

get started with bodyweight worrkouts in the meantime buddy boyo and throw in some core work in preparation for lifting weights

What exactly is "bulk"?
Eating at a caloric surplus to gain lean weight i.e. muscle. It's the only way anyone with more than 3-6 months of training experience and isn't metabolically obese can even hope to gain muscle or strength at any appreciable rate.

no bro. Actually getting a well developed chest is really hard for most people.

If you're a skeleton framecel you won't have to ever worry about looking like you lift with a shirt on because you don't store fat in your upper body. You might look like a guy that fucks around in the gym occasionally if anything. You will only look good and like you lift without a shirt on.

So if I'm a framecel I can't change the way I look with a shirt on at all?? What's the fucking point then

Since you have a shitty frame, hit shoulders hard. You will not get huge shoulders by working them for just a few months or even a year, but you will broaden them which will make you look more athletic. Focus on shoulders, arms and chest. As others have said, you wont get a gymrat look in even a your first year of lifting, but you will be able to pack on some decent gains if you have atleast a decent diet and exercise routine.

that "lift" look takes a shit ton of time and dedication. It's not going to happen by accident. Don't inject T in your butttocks.

You'll go from looking anorexic to looking normal with a shirt on. That's about it unless you workout for 3 years plus.

For the first 6 months try to work out the whole body and make sure to get proper nutrition since you are quite literally what you eat, you need a good foundation before you can do anything else .
Make sure you stretch after working out a muscle group, look at the difference between a gymnast's body and a guy that only lifts, without stretching and doesn't do any compound movements, the gymnast has elongated muscles while the other guy will develop "clumped" masses as muscles, I'm not saying that the "clumped" non elongated version looks bad, but more often than not the clumps will be different in each side of your body and look weird.
Doing compound movements and adding some exercises with explosive strength will make sure you don't lose any agility in the process.
